For beginners:- They should run at least one km/day without skipping a single day.
You can burn your calorie easily with running.
It will improve your knees and back.
It will also improve your immunity.

We should daily do push-up to make chest, triceps and shoulder strong.
For beginners:- 10-20 push-ups everyday.

3. Skipping rope
